However the Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has stated something to the effect of that the team has enough quality and if they heard of an exceptional price for a player they would consider it. Reading between the lines it looks to the average fan that those 3 players who have come in (Fabianski/Sagna and Eduardo da Silva... a goalkeeper, full back-defender, and a striker respectively) may be the last of the summer window. There have been a lot of outgoings in the club Henry/Ljungberg and Reyes to mention just a few. The team of "Invincibles" have truly been demolished and scattered across europe.
